Kevin Jones was born, raised and educated in the Appalachia we call home.  His family has lived here since the late 1700’s.

Understanding our values of home, neighbor, and friendship has placed service at the heart of his background, both as an educator and businessman, his entire life. Whether it is helping families at Fayette County Head Start, or assisting teachers with their technology skills at Albert Gallatin and Waynesburg College, he brings skills to the table that are rarely found in candidates for public office. 

Driven by his love of the families, friends and neighbors, his dedication to service first, and an informed faith, Kevin is dedicated to protecting life, protecting our constitution, and protecting the rights of the most vulnerable families, neighbors and friends that have been ignored and overlooked for too many years.  Kevin sees solutions that are left unrealized and opportunities missed, for which only selfless hard work can fix.

Kevin's business background is what truly sets him apart. As a manager of training and quality assurance of a multi billion dollar, stock exchange traded company {ttec}, working along with the presidents and vice presidents of companies like Citibank, Verizon, TTEC and JC Penny, he speaks the language, demonstrates the work ethic, and knows exactly how to engage large businesses, to call Fayette and Somerset counties their new home. These large businesses create the family sustaining jobs that, in turn, create a local economy that will protect small, family-run businesses that we all love to frequent.   Kevin knows all too well that our corporate tax rates are far too high to encourage new business growth and that solutions to reduce the burden of property taxes, while still funding local services and education, requires a leader who will demand change.
